摘 要
传统药物载体的主要功能是分散和保护,防止有效药物成分在贮存中被外界因素如高温、紫外线等破坏,以及服用后到达病灶前在生理环境下分解而失去药效;新型药物载体要求具有缓释作用,以减小药物对人体器官、组织的刺激和毒害,同时也延长药物在体内的作用时间;淀粉是天然高分子,具有良好的生物相容性和降解性能,通过加工改性有望成为理想的药物载体,本课题的研究目标即是以玉米淀粉为主要原料制备淀粉微球。

A STUDY ON THE PREPARATION OF CORNSTARCH MICRO-SPHERE
ABSTRACT
The main function of traditional drug carriers is dispersion protection, to prevent the effective ingredients of drugs from dysfunction caused by external factors such as heat, ultraviolet radiation, etc., during storage or reaction with the physiological environment before they reach the pathological focus. A novel drug carrier must possess controlled release properties, so as to alleviate the drug’s side effects on tissues and organs and prolong the effective periods as well.
