Abstract： The Chinese traditional medicine, as a native of China, is the crystallization of the wisdom of the working people. It is not only a comprehensive system of theory and methods for prevention, care, health, and cure but also represents the cultural connotation of China. Given its uniqueness in the world of traditional Chinese medicine, how to ensure that this native Chinese practice thrives in the present and how to promote it globally are issues that require focused attention and thoughtful consideration. This paper discusses these issues and offers some insights.

1 认识中医及其理论学说
1.1 什么是中医
中医是指用中国传统医学理论及方法研究人体生理、病理，以及诊断和防治疾病的一门学科。中医是在长期的历史实践中逐渐形成和发展起来的，其理论体系包括阴阳五行、脏腑经络、气血津液等基本概念。中医强调“治未病”，即通过调整人体的内在平衡来预防疾病的发生。中医的治疗方法多样，包括中药、针灸、推拿、拔罐等，这些方法在临床应用中显示出了独特的疗效。
