基于芦丁在铂电极上发生的氧化反应和不可逆电对的双安培检测原理,设计了新型薄层式双安培检测器。使用双铂电极,在外加电压为0.20 V时,通过偶合芦丁在一个铂电极上的氧化反应和氧化铂在另一个铂电极上的还原反应这两个不可逆过程,构成了流动注射双安培检测体系。实验发现,在pH=1.89的Britton-Robison缓冲溶液中,测得芦丁氧化电流与其浓度在1.0×10-5~1.0×10-3 mol/L范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.99784,N=17),连续30次测定2.5×10-4 mol/L芦丁,其峰电流相对标准偏差RSD为2.45%。常用药物赋形剂和无机离子均不干扰芦丁的测定。方法具有灵敏度高、选择性好、简单、快速等优点。

Abstract
A simple, rapid, and accurate electrochemical method for flow injection biamperometric on-line determination of Rutin developed in this paper. It is based on the electrocatalytic oxidation of Rutin at pre-anodized platinum electrodes and the biamperometric detection principle.
