Abstract: Starting with “to make film with well-known stars, to popularize stars with films,” this essay expatiates on the essentiality of founding and constantly improving the stardom from both the Chinese film industry and Chinese talent agent sector. It also points out that sustainable development of the film industry during an economic crisis relies on improving stardom; in order to multiply the financing resources and improve the industry chains. Finally, with an analysis of the current industry landscape and talent agent business, this essay puts forward a series of three measures to improve the finance and investment system, stardom, and talent agent union.
